Sachelle spoke on the topic question: Are you living or existing? “I hope that students took away that life is a gift, and that it is not okay to simply float through the years, but make a conscious effort to impact the world around you,” she added.

As commencement approached, she looked forward to stepping foot on stage and being surrounded by her peers. “I hope I changed the trajectory of someone’s life – even if it wass only one person, it is worth it.”
